These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Met8TradeAI platform, including our website, mobile applications, trading tools, artificial intelligence systems, and related services (collectively referred to as the "Platform").
By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

- "Platform" refers to Met8TradeAI trading system and all related services.

- Not be restricted under any applicable law or regulation
The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.
04Nature of Services (Important Disclaimer)
Met8TradeAI provides technology tools for automated trading and does NOT:
- Act as a licensed financial advisor
- Guarantee profits or returns
- Provide investment, legal, or tax advice
All trading activities involve significant financial risk, including the potential loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You understand the risks associated with forex, crypto, and financial markets.
05Account Registration & Security
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and updated personal information
- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account
The Company shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access, user negligence, or sharing of login details.
06Use of the Platform
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the system
- Misuse the AI trading technology
- Upload malicious software or harmful content
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
07Financial Transactions
Users are solely responsible for funding their trading accounts, choosing brokers or exchanges, and managing deposits and withdrawals.
Met8TradeAI does NOT hold user funds directly (except where explicitly stated), act as a financial custodian, or guarantee liquidity or execution.
All payments made to the Company (if applicable) are subject to non-refundable policies, except otherwise stated.
08Fees & Charges
The Company may charge subscription fees, performance fees, or service/access fees. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated before payment.
The Company reserves the right to modify fees at any time with prior notice.
09Risk Disclosure
Trading involves market volatility, system risks, liquidity risks, and technological failures.
You acknowledge that losses may exceed expectations, AI systems are not infallible, and market conditions can change rapidly.
You agree that the Company is NOT liable for financial losses, missed opportunities, or market fluctuations.
10Intellectual Property
All content — including software, algorithms, branding, logos, and AI systems — remains the exclusive property of Met8TradeAI Limited.
You may NOT copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer the system, or use the technology for competing purposes.
11Privacy & Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA).
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection of personal data, use of cookies and analytics, and processing of data for service improvement.
12Service Availability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or continuous system availability.
We may upgrade, modify, or suspend services at any time.
13Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Nigerian law, Met8TradeAI Limited shall NOT be liable for direct or indirect financial losses, loss of profits or revenue, data loss or system errors, or third-party service failures.
Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.
14Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Met8TradeAI Limited from claims arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable laws.
15Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict access without notice. Grounds include violation of Terms, fraudulent activities, or regulatory requirements.
16Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.

The Platform may integrate with brokers, payment providers, and external APIs. We are NOT responsible for third-party failures, external service disruptions, or independent policies of such providers.
